DECIDING ON WHAT TO DO FOR ENGLISH CLASS

For Hodge's assignment, I think I'm going to do a painting by Marc Chagall, "The Artist and His Model", or perhaps "Hera" by Francis Picabia. I'm torn between the two, because to me, they both say something really profound about humans and our concept of beauty. Also, they're pretty but that's kind of besides the point, and saying that, my statement is a contradiction because the paintings themselves are asking, "What is beauty?" You could cut the irony with a knife.
